RestoreHER Health

Statement of Faith

RestoreHER Health is a faith-based organization. Our approach to whole woman health is grounded in the following beliefs:

God as Creator

We believe that God is the Creator of all things, including the intricate design of the human body. We approach health and wellness with reverence for His creation and trust in His wisdom.

The Whole Person

We believe that human beings are created as whole persons. Body, mind, and spirit. True health and healing cannot be achieved by addressing only physical symptoms while ignoring emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Scripture

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and provides wisdom and guidance for all areas of life, including how we care for our bodies and minds.

The Value of Women

We believe that women are created in the image of God with inherent dignity and worth. We are committed to empowering women with knowledge and support to steward their health well.

Faith and Science

We believe that faith and science are not in opposition. We embrace evidence-informed practices while recognizing that God is the ultimate source of all knowledge and healing. We integrate scientific understanding with spiritual wisdom.

The Body as Temple

We believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) and that caring for our physical health is an act of stewardship and worship.

Community and Support

We believe that healing often happens in community. We are committed to creating supportive environments where women can learn, grow, and encourage one another on their health journeys.

Hope and Restoration

We believe in the power of hope and the possibility of restoration. While we cannot promise specific health outcomes, we trust that God is at work in the lives of those who seek Him, and we approach every woman's journey with hope and compassion.

Grace

We believe in extending grace to ourselves and others. Health journeys are not linear, and we encourage women to approach their wellness with patience, self-compassion, and trust in God's ongoing work in their lives.

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV)
